Garthe Family

 Madison decided that she wanted to receive her Endowment over Christmas break. We thought it was the perfect time since we'd all be together.  She wasn't set on any particular temple but Newport Beach had the best times for our schedule.  So off we went.... We invited our family and had a great experience. Madison is loving the temple and has gone back weekly since her first time. 

 Our local mall was the lucky location of one of the Giving Machines. John and I had the chance to volunteer at the machines the first weekend they were open.  When the college kids came home for Christmas we decided to take the whole family. We've been doing this for a few years but the machines have always been in south Orange County. We are so happy to have one so close. 

 We've never actually made it to the event, but the Redlands Stake does a chalk art walk and live nativity event every year. We need to figure out when the event is next year so we can go.  But this year we just got to see the Chalk Art before the rain came. We had a quiet Sunday so we headed to Redlands to see the chalk art and be on the temple grounds. Always one of my favorite places to be. Especially with the whole family. ♥ This one was my favorite
